• not recommended for textured walls, uneven surfaces, freshly painted areas, damp or cold environments, plaster, chalky or lime-based finishes, or walls painted with stain-resistant or low-VOC paints. These conditions may prevent proper adhesion. We do not offer refunds for issues caused by incompatible wall surfaces.
• Our Type II 20 oz Commercial-Grade Vinyl Wallpaper with a subtle canvas texture is built to last. This option requires paste and professional installation (paste not included). It’s durable enough for textured surfaces and can be installed using overlap and double-cut techniques.
• We do not recommend using fabric wallpaper on walls painted in bold or dark colors (such as red, green, navy, yellow, charcoal, etc.) as the material is not fully opaque and may allow the wall color to show through.
• If your walls have been recently painted, allow a minimum of 4 weeks for curing. Some paint types may need up to 5 weeks to fully off-gas. Installing peel-and-stick wallpaper too soon may compromise the adhesive and result in poor adhesion.
• If you’re unsure about compatibility, we strongly recommend ordering a sample first. This allows you to test adhesion and evaluate how the design looks in your space.
• The adhesive used on our Peel & Stick Vinyl and Fabric wallpapers is designed to be removable for up to 6 months. However, over time, removal may become more difficult—especially on porous or painted surfaces. In some cases, minor residue may be left behind. Use warm soapy water and gentle scrubbing to clean it.
• Every wall is unique, and several factors may affect performance—like room temperature, humidity, dust levels, or unknown wall treatments. Because of this, we cannot guarantee full compatibility and encourage all customers to try a sample swatch before purchasing a full order.
• Product images are for reference and may not reflect the exact sheet dimensions. Please measure your space carefully and order enough wallpaper to cover the entire area—when in doubt, round up.
• Colors may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor settings. We print using water-based inks, and while we can simulate gold tones with gradients (orange/yellow/brown), we do not print metallic gold foil.
• If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
• Changes or cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood this information and agree to our policies.
• We are not responsible for wallpaper damage due to installation errors, uneven walls, or ceiling variations.
• If you provide your own image for printing, please ensure it is high-resolution and properly color-checked. We strongly advise ordering a sample before proceeding with a full custom print.

Peel & Stick Vinyl: Features a smooth, matte finish. Ideal for both short- and long-term applications on smooth surfaces. Easily removable and repositionable. Not recommended for overlap removal.

Peel & Stick Canvas Vinyl: Textured with a subtle canvas feel and a matte finish. Suitable for smooth surfaces and designed for both short- and long-term use. Removable and repositionable. Overlap removal is not recommended.

Traditional Unpasted Canvas Type II Wallpaper: Elegant canvas-textured surface with a matte finish. Designed for long-term installations. Requires wallpaper paste and professional installation (adhesive not included). Recommended installation method: overlap with double-cut removal.

PRODUCTION

All of our wallpapers are made to order and produced in our Florida studio.

Please allow up to 24 hours after purchase to request any changes or cancel your order.

For custom designs, a preview will be sent to you within 2 business days of purchase.

If we do not receive your approval within 7 business days, your order will be canceled.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Please be aware that international shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.
