Returns and Refunds

Each order is made-to-order—nothing is kept in stock, and returned items can’t be resold.

For this reason, we only accept returns in cases of damage or manufacturing defects. A clear photo or video showing the issue is required before we can approve a return.

All promotional sales and purchases made with discount codes are final and non-refundable.

You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.

Products are not considered defective if: the color appears differently than expected due to screen variations, incorrect measurements were selected, the material is incompatible with your intended use, or issues arise during installation.

We offer samples to help you assess the product beforehand, as not all surfaces are suitable for wallpaper. Testing a sample before full application is entirely the customer’s responsibility. We cannot accept returns on customized items or discounted orders.

If you cancel a custom order after receiving the digital proof for approval but before we begin production, a $100 fee will be deducted from your refund to compensate our designer’s time and work.

Returns must be shipped back in their original packaging and condition. We suggest using UPS or FedEx with insurance and tracking for safe delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email confirming whether your refund is approved or declined. Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and packed as originally received to be eligible.

If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please inform us and include photos of the issue so we can file a claim with the shipping provider.

Orders marked as “Delivered” or with a status of “Arriving later” do not qualify as lost.

Returned items that are not in original condition or show signs of use are not eligible for refunds. Items returned without proper packaging or as partial orders will not be refunded, as they lose their resale value.
