Return & Refund Policy – BuenaVista Wallpaper

We highly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing a full-size wallpaper to ensure suitability for your surface, project, and color expectations.

Custom-Made Policy

Every BuenaVista Wallpaper order is custom-printed just for you. We do not hold stock or resell returned items — which is why we do not accept returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom orders (including custom sizes or modified designs)

  • Items purchased on sale or with discount codes bigger than 25% 

  • Wallpaper with incorrect measurements, surface incompatibility, or installation issues

  • Orders where color differs slightly from your screen — due to device display variations

  • Partial returns (used rolls, cut sections, etc.)

 

 

Damages or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@buenavistawallpaper.com with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Your order number and details

Once reviewed, we’ll issue a replacement or refund depending on the issue.

Shipments marked “Arriving Late” or “Delivered” are not considered lost. Please contact the shipping carrier for delivery inquiries.

 

 

Cancellations & Modifications

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, we begin custom processing and printing, and the order becomes final.

If a customized proof has already been sent and you choose to cancel before printing starts, a $100 design fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

 

Return Instructions (For Approved Returns Only)

If your return has been approved due to damage or defect, items must be:

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • Shipped via a trackable carrier (UPS or FedEx preferred) with full insurance

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected, and confirm whether the refund is approved.

 

 

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@buenavistawallpaper.com.
